Visual Health Check

Every inch covered... with our FREE 74 point Visual Health Check.

Every time you bring your vehicle in for an adjustment or service we’ll check your car from tip to tow bar. Drive with confidence knowing we’ll cover every inch, every time.

Within the Trivett group, our focus has always been our customers. We are consistently striving to find the new and innovative ways to lead the industry towards better standards of customer and mechanical service. We understand that maintaining our customer’s vehicle, so that we can ensure their safety on the road, is as important to you as it is to us and we want to make sure that the process is made cost effective and simpler for you, our customers.

It’s not always easy for our customers to remember to come back to the workshop in between services to check their tyres, brakes, timing belts and the other essential mechanics of a vehicle. We also understand how upsetting it can be to be given a large bill for unplanned, unscheduled work when you come in for their next service. That is why we have introduced a complimentary, innovative service that will enable you to avoid these issues and give you extra peace of mind.

By identifying mechanical issues which could, in the future, cause needless expense to other parts of your vehicle. We can identify parts which still have a couple of months wear in it, but will need replacing before your next service appointment, then we can contact you by either email, phone or SMS based on your preference, when the work needs doing. If nothing is wrong we will ensure that you have a record of your car’s clean bill of health.
