We currently have a great opportunity available for a Parts Interpreter at our Morayfield retail centre. This position requires previous part interpreter experience, and the ability to work as part of a dedicated and dynamic team. You will be involved in all aspects of the parts sales process, so professional customer service skills, attention to detail and reliability is essential. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Interpreting Parts;

• Providing Technical and Product information to our customers;

• Working in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximise Parts Sales opportunities;

• Understanding and monitoring effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory;

• Providing professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers at all times.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a retail parts department operation in a dealership is desirable;

• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;

• A current and valid driver's licence.
